"Hebrew" in email

I have a new computer w/vista and when sending email using windows mail, I
have Hebrew (Windows) at the top of my message. What is that & why is it
there? Can it be removed? Also it is listed in the windows directory on my
computer. Someone please help me.

That is the charset the email uses.

In Windows Mail choose:

Extra
Opties
Verzenden (send)
Internationale instellingen (international settings)
West-Europees (Windows)
