I have a Dell 4600 with windows xp professional loaded.
I used AOL. I am trying to read and type e-mails in
hebrew, but have not been successful. Any helpful
information would be most appreciated.

In XP, the language options are the IME (Input Method Editor) which gives
you the ability to change the keyboard to input a foreign language in a text
document. (Goto Control Panel-> Regional and Language option -> Language tab
check the language you wish to use, Follow the instructions.
