Forget about the Silent Knight for the size and price its nowhere near as good as it should be....

The Enzo tech is good.

Staying at that link you posted heres my shortlist...

Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme (widely regarded as the best heatsink on the market, but i aint cheap and you will need to buy a fan for it.)

Tuniq Tower 120 (One of the best, but very big!)

NoctuaNH-U12F (Another big one, but again very good, very quiet fan) (i may get one of these for my E6600 when i clock it)

Zalman CNPS9500-LED (I have one of these, also very good.)

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 (Great if your on a tight budget)

Take your pick. :D

Well I have the Zalman CNPS9500 (in my sig), and my 3700+ runs just a few mhz below FX-57 speed and doesn't go over 46 degrees fully loaded.

What are you using to record the temps , Everest , CPU-Z etc etc as they all show different temps on my set up .

I'd stick with Coretemp and/or Speedfan as they seem to be the most accurate.

.....CPUZ dont read temps! :D

Well V_R the PSU is for the near future, when the Nvidia 8950 GTX comes out. I going to stick one in my machine, right now i have a 560W PSU.

Also which Heatsink do you think is "the best" on that site? I want something thats quite yet able to keep cool

I though Nvidia said they had canned the 89xx cards and are going straight to the 98xx's? Not sure when or where i read that so dont quote me...

The best? Any of the ones i linked to are good. Personally i'd go for the Noctua or the Thermalright, probably the Noctua as some of the 120 extremes have had a very shoddy base.... But you could always lap it.

Saying that, if you got cash to waste you could get this. :D

OK Alf, I will make it a simple choice for you - all those over at XtremeSystems that OC on air, use and recommend the Thermalright Ultra 120 or 120 Extreme everytime over any others.

XS are renowned masters of OC'ing and experts in the field of cooling - I would follow their recommendation
