Do you have a URL for this "Heat-activated adhesive tape" ?

They are used in the small RAM heat-sinks from the ThermalTake DuOrb. I
forgot to clean the surface of the chips and now the adhesive does not
stick. SO I wanna replace those adhesive.
You might find some performance numbers here, and then compare
them to whatever product you're looking at.

I only need about an inch of those HAA tapes... :)

Smells like cheating to me.... And I don't have a good company name to
complete the lie.... :)

Really better heat conductor than regular 2-sided tapes? :)

Better? Possibly. Better enough to matter? Unlikely.

Assuming you even need RAM heatsinks, attach them with ordinary
silicone rubber RTV, which typically conducts better than double-sided
thermal tape since it can be made into a thinner layer.

I suspect the tape was too thin to matter.... I just were not sure as I
don't know their specific heat capacity.....
