HEALTH MESSAGE:

1. If walking /cycling is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.

2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water and is fat.

3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.

4. A tortoise doesn't run, barely walks & does nothing ..yet lives for 450 years.

And you want me to Exercise!!

Mr sensible says:

No human being is immortal, not even a postman.

A whale doesn;t swim all day, they're known to bask and they're only fat by human perception, their blubber allows them to live in arctic waters.

A rabbit lives 15 years, pretty good for an animal it's size, hamsters only live around three years.

Tortoises don't live to 450 years. They have a lifespan similar to humans but there have been exceptions, the oldest official recorded age for a tortoise is 188 years.

Today Mr Flops has his grumpy hat on. Excercise is good for you, keeps you healthy and helps you sleep. I have never exercised in my life but I'm always doing something, do lots of walking and cycle. I find it hard to keep still.

Sorry geezer :D
