I just noticed two new servers - Tubraun... from Europe and Xteq from
Germany. I assume these are legit. Any comments which is the best server
to utilize now?

I'm very satisfied with Safer Networking #2. Hasn't failed/stalled on me
yet.

Not personally... I've found some of the old / original ones fail
from time to time with "bad checksum!" messages, but I put that down
to my connection, rather than the servers themselves.

You could have a look in the Forums at the Spybot homepage, and see
if anyone is recommending anything.
