I have a significant application running on win2k. It runs without a video
monitor, keyboard or mouse physically conneced. It has been on-line for some
time. My customer is repackaging the system and must remove the video card.
I've installed nullvga.sys, however it appears that the loader fails without
the video controller. Any suggestions on how to get it to boot?

The BIOS is looking for the video card and there for will not boot. have your
client put a cheapo video card in there and everything will be fine.

I disabled the BIOS initialization of the display adapter. I know it works
as I can boot Linux without the display card. It seems NTLDR is trying to
intitialize an adapter, although I may be wrong.

The reason for removing the VGA card is that these units are going into a
chassis that has no room for the adapter. The chassis is a cylinder with
walls an inch thick.

Perhaps there is a version of NTLDR that writes to a log instead of the
screen OR is there any other way to boot Win2k?

Again, any help will be greatly appreciated.
