Yes. In MS Word 2002, the "Heading Rows Repeat" command under Table menu is
disabled.

The "Rows to repeat at top" in Excel File-Page Setup is useful to display
the heading only in Excel and not in MS Word.

Hi,
From MS Word, I linked an Excel list, which is containing more than
200 records. Now that list is visible as a table in Word. But the
field names (i.e. Heading Row) are visible only on the first page of
the printout in Word. Is it possible to display the Heading Row in all
the pages?

Hi
not sure but have you tried in MS Word: 'Tabel - Heading row'?

Not too familiar with Word, but this can be accomplished in XL.
Try this, and see what happens to your Word printout:

<File> <PageSetUp> <Sheet> tab,
Under Print titles, you have a box, "Rows To Repeat At Top",
Enter the row numbers you wish repeated.
If row 1 only, enter
1:1
If row 1 and 2, enter
1:2
etc...
