+Heading Font in Envelope Printing

Our WORD 2007 program in showing the default font setup for Envelope
Receipent addressing as +Heading. If I search the computer and even WORD
2007 it does not have a font by the listing of +Heading or even Heading. IF
I change the font to anything other than the +Heading it prints fine. If it
is left with the default +Heading font configured it will print garbage.
Problem again is that if I change it and tell it to save the new font as the
default it will until next time you try to print envelopes and it is again
set back to +Heading font. Any Ideas HOW to stop this?

"+Headings" does not referer to a particular font; it just indicates that the
settings are inherited from the heading font of the applied document theme.

To change the settings for envelopes, modify the Envelope Address and
Envelope Return paragraph styles to include the desired font: Press
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S. In the Styles pane, click the Manage Styles button. On the
Edit tab, locate Envelope Address, click Modify. Specify the font. Click "New
documents based on this template." Click OK. Repeat for the Envelope Return
style. Click OK to close the Manage Styles dialog box.
