headers & footers in excel...

My previous version of Excel (Microsoft Excel 2002 -
version 10.2614.2625) was installed on my laptop (that
had Office XP). I built a few templates in this version
that I use for my business. I had the option of
installing a logo in the header (insert pic). My desktop
has the following: (Microsoft Excel 2002 - version
9.0.6926 SP-3). I have transfered my templates to this
desktop computer and CAN NOT find my previously installed
logo in these documents on this new computer. The
header/footer view DOES NOT give me an option of
inserting a pic nor editing a pic. Do I need to upgrade
my version or is there a way to make this version of
Excel insert/edit pics in the header/footer?
