Headers & footers from word wont email, only body of letter????

When I try to email a letter using my letterhead template, the headings and
footings dont show up in the email, only the body of the letter is in the
email. Any help would be appreciated. Thx
 
If you are using the Send to Mail Recipient command to email, then
don't. Either use the Send to Mail Recipient as Attachment command, or
save and close the Word document and then attach it to an email message
composed in your preferred email program.
