Headers - different for different calendars

I print a weekly calendar for each of our techs. The calendars are located in
a "public folders" file. How can I have the header state the name of the tech
whose calendar I am printing without having to type it in each time. The
print page says "Print this calendar" and lists the tech's name but it
doesn't print that name anywhere. It only prints my user name.

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very
