How do you create a master header for the sheets in one
workbook, without going into each sheet.
 
Hi

Group(select) all your sheets first
Enter the Header in the row you want and ungroup the sheets

Or do you mean a header in the pagesetup?

Group(select) all your sheets first
File>Page Setup... Header and Footer
