I have added several command buttons to my form, but when I go to the view
form to use it, you cannot see the buttons to actually use them. If I print
the form you can see them on paper, whats wrong?

Try going to the properties sheet for the button in question and looking at
"Show When" (near the bottom of the list on the Format tab). The choices are
"Always," "Print Only," and "Screen Only." I'm not sure how this could have
been changed to "Print Only" but it sounds like that might be the problem.
