Custom headers and footers. How does one incert and retain
a list of custom header and footer data in a common, copied
Excel spreadsheet or wookbook. What to be able to
duplicate or copy a wookbook then go to custom footers and
select from a list of locations embeeded in the custom
footer life.

This may be similar: I am attempting to show the same header/footer throughout an excel file with multiple worksheets. Have you come up with any solutions?

A simple way to show the same header/footer on all worksheets is to "group"
the worsksheets.

Right-click on a sheet tab and "select all sheets".

Go into Print Setup and do your stuff with the headers/footers. What you do
to one sheet will be done to all.

When done, right-click on any sheet and "ungroup sheets".

To select just some sheets to group, select one then CRTL + click on any
others you want.

DO NOT FORGET to ungroup sheets when your setup is complete.
