Header and Footer margins

In Word 2003, how can I adjust the margins of my headers and footers? Right
now, they don't line up with the margins of my document.

G'Day Doughnut,

Header/Footer MARGINS are the same as the section to which they apply.

The Indents (Format>Paragraph) may need to be adjusted.
