Header and Footer Locations

Please tell me how I can move the Header and Footer margins in to agree with
the Page margins.

You can pad them with spaces to move them in by using Custom Settings.

You cannot move them out from their default position.

Note: in MacXL 2004 the header and footer margins now conform to the
page margins, and you can set them in Page Layout view.
