My Computer, Right-click, Manage, Storage, Disk Management

You should probably partition and format it, if you want to start from scratch.

Click on "My Computer", RIGHT-click on the Letter of Drive that XP assigned
to your second harddrive, left-click on Format, you're there.

If the XP method doesn't work, you've 2 other alternatives.

1. use a 3rd party disk management software like Partition Magic to
clear any partitions you might have and reformat the HDD.

2. use ms-dos fdisk to delete off the 8gb, you'll need a win98
bootdisk (www.bootdisk.com)... if you're using ntfs, select delete
non-dos partition. and then after that, you can either create new
partitions or set the whole HDD as one big partition.

have fun!!! :D
