HDD Crashed, recovered data but need 'Administer permisssion'

Every time I go into one particular database it comes up "You dont have
permisson to run 'AutoExec'" Apparantly I dont have "Administer permisssion"
I have searched Google and access to find out how to set this to no avail,
can anyone help?

You probably need to use Tools... Security... Workgroup Administrator to
"Join" the custom .mdw file which was created for this database (and you'll
need to recover and/or identify the mdw file). The database has evidently been
secured, and you need the mdw file so Access can identify you as an authorized
user.
