HD studder/error 51/no startup

Got an odd problem, when i start up my machine asap windows start to load the
hd start to blink and studder frantic, usually it dissapears and windows
load, but right now all i can do is start in safemode, else it studders for a
min+, then reboot.

Event dont seem to load up what is happening from what i can see, its loaded
with ID 51 and earlier DCON warnings, i turned dcon off though, so atleast
they are gone now, or atleast i think.

msi mb, amd 3500+, 2gb ram, machine was built late jan this year and been
smooth just last month iwe been having this problem and i got no idea what
the problem is, iwe tried disabling fast cashe on my ata hd also to no avail,
so im abit stuck right now

Download a drive diagnostic utility from the hard drive manufacturer's
web site and run that. BTW it's DCOM, not Dcon as in decontamination.

sorry DCOM 7am here now been up all night with this so my head is getting
blurry hehe i ran HD TUNE on the machine also and no errors with the HD, it
load up in safemode without any problems also. Will check out samsungs page
later when iwe gotten some hours sleep.

MB is a K8N-Neo4, HD is a samsung SP2004c, graphic card is msi 7800 gtx.

1. iwe run hd util from samsung and it gives me no errors at all. as said i
load up in safemode fine also.

2. reboot with all services etc turned off gives same result

Im no expert on this stuff so im utterly stuck right now with an expensive
toaster hehe this morning i could atleast system restore some months back so
i would have tried that now, but for some reason, they all gone, i got no
restore points now ! (was too tired to try all that this morning). Im tempted
to try backup some of the data, then reformat the whole HD/start over with
that util and see if that works, i just have no clue at all if that will
solve anything.

more info... popped in windows cd on reboot, formatted c drive and
reinstalled windows... been working fine all day and now suddenly on a reboot
its starting again. While windows load the hd studders like a hammer, atleast
machine didnt reboot endless circle this time and went into windows after
some mins....
in event log i got....
