HCT 11.2 should be installed on WindowsXP sp1?

HCT 11.2 for testing XP SP1 and Server 2003 editions. According to KB the
technical differences between SP1 and SP1a would not be relevant to the HCT.

Correct. For WHQL and HCT purposes, Windows XP SP1 and SP1a are considered
the same.
