I currently have a W2K machine running Office2K - I have a need to develop
some PowerPoint 2002 presentations and don't want to upgrade everything to
XP - Can I just install the 2002 version - after I rename the 2K version
shortcuts to PPT2K

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can install just PPT2002 from the XP Office packages.

Select Custom install, then select only the items you want to install. It
is recommended that you ...

a) install the versions in the order they were released (PPT 2000 before
PPT2002)
b) install to a different directory
