Having trouble with a program that ran on XP

I am using a database program for our ministry called ACS - Automated Church
Systems. The program runs fine until I try to generate some of the reports
and then I get an error that states:

"unable to create local user subdirectory:
C:\winacs\acsrw32\rwdata\acs\untitled report_report data"

The only user set up on this machine is the Administrator and one additional
user with standard rights. I have tried using both of those logins with the
same result.

Any suggestions to correct this problem?

Thanks.

See if you can change the default file location within your program to point
to your "Documents" folder. If so, create a sub folder there for use with
this program.

Otherwise, create a directory called C:\winacs and set the permissions on it
to give your user account modify permissions.
