Having trouble seeing picture in my webcam!

Okay so I've installed my webcam and the driver with it, but now when I try
to start my webcam with someone all it gives is a black screen in response!
I've tried to set it up several times but it still won't work. It's called
an EasyCam that i got at target for about 20 or so. Help!
 
Does the box it came in say that it is Vista compatible, or the maker's
website say that it is?

Did you install a Vista driver for it?

You have to check these things!
