Having trouble running disk defrag

Whenever I try to open the defrag utility - I get the message below.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!!

"MMC cannot open the file c:\windows\system32\dfrg.msc.

This may be b/c the file doesn’t exist, is not an MMC console, or was
created by a later version of MMC. This may also be because you do not have
sufficient access rights to the file."

Check to see if dfrg.msc is located in the C:\Windows\sytem32 sub-directory.
If it's not, then you'll need to find it and replace it.

You can extract it from the i386 directory on your installation media (or it
may be located on your hard drive).
