Having trouble print from websites

Recently, I've been experiencing problems printing from
the websites. Today, I received the following error:
"An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 93
Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C\\WINDOWS\system32\scdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
yes, no.

HELP!! I have no computer skills to solve this mystery.
Can someone assist me?
