Hi:
I'm having trouble downloading software to my computer, as I've tried
downloading 2 different programs and the same problem occurred both times.
The message I received when I tried to download this software was 'Windows
cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the
appropriate permissions to access the item.' I believe it stems from the
folder 'C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin\My Documents\Temporary Internet
Files\Content. IE5\' I'm using Windows XP Professional. If anyone has any
ideas on how to fix this problem, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
a lot.
