having problems with "send to mail recipient"

Hi all. When i right any file from any folder and select "send to mail
recipient" my thunderbird window appeared instead of microsoft outlook even
though i set my default email program to be microsoft outlook under programs
tab of internet options. I also make sure that the "open" action of
"url:mailto protocol" is set "C:\PROGRA~1\MI1933~1\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" -c
IPM.Note /m "%1". Is there any settings that i missed out? Thks in advance.
