Having only 1 Key from a toolbar on my screen

I don't want the "review toolbar" on my screen due to lack of space and
barely using it. however, the "send to mail recipient as attachment" is a
great key and i have begun using it and enjoying it. is there a way that i
can get just that key up on my toolbar menu without having the whole "review
toolbar" come along?
 
Hold down Ctrl and Alt. Then drag the button to the desired toolbar or
menu. Then release Ctrl and Alt.
