Having a problem printing reports

I have a user that is trying to print labels from Access 2002 and when she
tries to print it, she gets the following error, "There was a problem
reteriving printer information for this object. The object may have been set
to a printer that is unavailble."

The printer is a network printer and it prints out data fine from the same
database, but it will not print reports. If I change the default printer to
another printer on the network in an adjacent office, it prints fine. Is
there something wrong with the database or can it be something as simple as
upgrading the printer driver.

Is it an Adobe PDFWriter printer?

No it is not. She is trying to print it to an HP LaserJet 2100. The only
other thing that I can think of that would cause this is that there is
something wrong with the printer driver which I haven't tried to update.
