Having 2 header in a list

i have this data :

5 5 pear /4/16 70

7 ID Winter Fruit Date Quantity(kg)
8 1 orange /10/12 45
9 2 graps /10/14 50
10 3 graps /10/15 70
11 4 orange /10/12 45
12 5 quince /10/14 35


when use filter in this list for "graps" , i want to fix both 1 and 7 rows
as headers and not to be hide in any case, any help considerated

You should have all the data under one row of headers. You should add a
column as to whether it is SUMMER or WINTER fruit.
