Valerie

I finally have java/virtual machine for my WindowsXP
Service Pack 1. If anyone out there, with SP1, is having
trouble getting java/virtual machine, please try THIS
program from SunJava:

The following are installation notes:

If you have Windows XP, Service Pack 1a... From what
I've read.... you will be unable to download ANY
Java/Virtual Machine. Thanks to a battle between
Microsoft and SunJava.... I wish they could resolve their
issues. Heres to wishing!!!

The following is blatantly misleading. I have XP SP1A and
can download and install whatever virtual machine I want
including the MS Virtual Machine. As a matter of fact I
have both the SUN and MS Virtual Machines. SP1A just
doesn't contain any virtual machine. Here's the link to
download and install MS Virtual machine just follow the
instructions and then go to the Windows Update site.
Support for MS Virtual Machine has been extended until the
fall of 2004. http://www.virtualmachine.tk/
