Look at options in the configuration of the video card...
Control Panel|DISPLAY|SETTINGS - etc.

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

Note: You may have to stand on your head to perform this task.
