I have the most bizzare situation. I have been running Outlook 2003 for a
very long time now without any problems at all. Suddenly last week I clicked
on the send/receive button and absolutly nothing happens. No matter how many
times i clicked it it didnt do a thing. At first I was turning off the PC and
back on again, but I have since found all I need to do is log off and log
back on again then the send and receive button will work and I get mail. I
then close outlook and go back in for example 1/2 hour later, and the same
again. The send/receive button simply does nothing. So now I am in a
situation where I have to log off and on again before I can check my mail.
Any ideas because this is becoming very tedious now.
The machine is standalone and connects to my ISPs mail server to retrieve
mail, but as I said havnt had any probs in past and I honestly think the
problem lies with my machine.
Look forward to hearing from you.
