Have to download pictures

When ever I receive an E Mail form a vendor that I would like to view the e
mail, I always have to right click to download pictures to see the adds. What
settings do I change to open with the images viewable. I use Outlook 2007,
and have 4 gigs of memory, and have IE 7.0 Thanks in advance.

Why not change the download options?
