have saved a document with e-mail heading how do i get rid of it

i sent a document as an e-mail attachment .when i went to close the doc it
asked to save changes i said yes and it saved the e-mail heading on my
document how do i fet rid of it

It's a toggle setting. Click the e-mail button on the toolbar (or file >
send to > mail recipient).
