I ran the pcdoctor, I have infected cookie files, they
want $29.95 to remove them. Can I just delete the
infected cookie files? If so where are the cookie
files? I have seen them before just can't find it
again. If not, what else can I do?

Probably ignore it.

Type in Start Run
cookies

To clear ALL properly
Start - Control Panel - Internet Options - Delete Cookies
Many web sites will forget who you are and may require a password to access.

PCDoctor sounds like a scam.

PC Doctor is a rip-off. You can easily remove cookies by launching
Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies

Download Ad-Aware 6.0 and scan your PC for the presence of spyware:

Note: Be sure to click on the "Check for updates now" link before scanning.
