Have border colour option after inserting picture on page in Fron.

Frontpage 2003. I often insert a picture on a page and like to add a border.
At the moment it is always black. Why not have a colour option. I
understand from a previous query that this can be done by CSS but there must
be many like me who have no idea how to do this !!
 
Right click the picture and select Picture Properties > Style > Format > Borders, and you can set
the border colors there.

Many thanks Steve, did not realise that facility was available ! I had been
using the picture properties but thought I was stuck with the border
thickness option.
