Have a Belkin Wireless card in Device Manager but not shown in Network Connections

Hello

I am troubleshooting a Windows XP Home SP2 machine with a Belkin USB
wireless network card installed. The device appears in Device Manager but
not in Network Connections (Control Panel... Network Connections). And if I
do ipconfig see nothing about wireless card.

How can I resolve?

Have you installed the Belkin drivers from the CD that came with the
network card?
