HASP Driver Error???????

I am using Windows XP Professional. With service pack
installed. And I am using software "Inpage". Whenever I
start this program I get this error

"HASP Driver is not installed on your system. Click on OK
to proceed with the installation..."
and when I press OK the next error I am getting is:
"HASP Device Driver Error"
then I have to click on OK and it will open the software.
Any help any idea to solve this issue.
