Has Service Pack 2 stopped your computer browsing?

Sinse loading Service Pack 2, I am having trouble with browsing the web -
whereby my computer freezes within minutes of clicking onto any site. Please
does anybody have any suggestions?

Which service pack 2? One of Outlooks?
