Has MS ever fixed scroll bar and expression builder wrap bugs in 2002?

Has Microsoft ever done anything about some of the anoying interface bugs in
Access 2002?

I'm referring to the lack of word wrap in the expression builder, and the
fact that the scroll bar in the database window frequently stops working
until I resize the window.

Word wrap in Expression Builder: not fixed AFAIK. However, if you want, you
can add manual new lines so that you can see. These new lines will be
stripped out when you accept / OK the expression.

I have never had the problem with the scrollbar you described.
