What have you done so far? What do you need to know about FP?

Elearning:
http://www.elearningguild.com/
and about 9 zillion other sites...do a Google search.

| Please anyone, tell me all you know on frontpage and elearning.

E-learning has been defined as the use of new multimedia technologies and
the Internet to improve the quality of learning. As such, you might as well
ask what we know about hammers and carpentry. FrontPage is a set of tools,
like a hammer. eLearning is a very general topic, which involves the use of
various Internet technologies to create online learning tools.

Hi, I am working on one as we speak and also need a few questions answered.
Maybe we could help each other.

A lot. I developed a whole site but what I want to do is create not a
elearning site but a platform like the one I am managing write now
http://www.ipembo-campus.com/ where a student or user is able to chat,
discuss, take part in polls, have his/her personal calender, etc. like an
on-line university

Thanks for the definition but not what I was looking for. What I want to do
is create not a elearning site but a platform like the one I am managing

chat, discuss, take part in polls, have his/her personal calender, etc. like

That would be great. How far/much have you done. What I want to do is create
not a elearning site but a platform like the one I am managing write now
http://www.ipembo-campus.com/ where a student or user is able to chat,
discuss, take part in polls, have his/her personal calender, etc. like an
on-line university

All of which are doable
- w/ Lots of custom server side coding, and
- w/ tools available that integrate w/ FP or the FP SE or WSS and ASP or ASP.net

I don't believe you will find a single "tool" or template that will do it for you

You might want to look into a portal type software. Take a look at http://www.soopportal.org (free, highly skinnable, ASP, and I've made it work with FP)
