Directly, probably not, unless the charts were saved in some
non-native format such as EPS or CGM.
According to http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/xp/welcome/depf04.htm
the MS Office 97 Converter Pack had a converter that can import
Harvard Graphics 2.3 - 3.0 for MS-DOS presentations into PowerPoint.
But that pack has been "retired" because of security holes and
replaced by the Office 2003 Converter Pack. The download web page for
that version
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/tools/BoxA07.htm) doesn't
mention any Harvard Graphics capability, although it might still be
there.
If you can get the charts into PowerPoint, you can use copy/paste to
get them into Word, although they'll probably come in only as bitmap
graphics rather than linked to the original data.
