I am trying to set up a network for a small business which will run a maximum of 20 computers, but usually ten computers at a time. it is supposed to be low budget with a view to getting a more rubost server in the future. I want to get an efficient desktop computer to run manage DNS, DHCp, and to be the internet gateway, as well as act as a file server. I would apprecitate view on what would be a reasonable system specification for this server.
Thanks.

Check out SBS2003.....it's quite nice, affordable. Works with up to 75
users. Just make sure you get decent hardware to run it on - hardware SCSI
RAID, plenty of memory, and ideally dual processors.

What's the client OS version?
