The beep codes point to a RAM problem and a VIDEO CARD problem. If either
is bad, it could be affecting the other, especially if your video adapter is
built into the mainboard (don't know, I didn't check). There is also a
possibility that your mainboard could be bad. Do the following, if
possible:

Unplug the computer
Remove and FIRMLY reseat the video card
Remove all RAM boards and then FIRMLY reseat one RAM board ONLY, in a slot
where it wasn't previously installed. For example, if you've got RAM boards
in slots one and two, remove both and install one of them in slot 3. If
you've only got 2 ram slots, then board one would go in slot 2.
While you are in there, short the clear_cmos jumper for at least 30 seconds
to clear CMOS.

If your symptom doesn't change:
Try installing one good stick of RAM (with no other RAM installed),
preferably borrowed from another system.
Try installing one good video card, preferably borrowed from another system

If you still have a problem, then you probably need to replace your
mainboard at this point. -Dave
