I have a computer attached to my network that had 2
harddrives in it. since it had 2 it then changed the
crdrom to drive e and the cr burner to drive f
the harddrive is no gone but the cdrom and burner are
still mapped the same. here's my problem on my server
need in a folder thats mapped to drive f: so the
computers on my network can recieve automatic updates. so
how can I changed the cd burner a different drive letter
in xp without having to reimage the computer?

Disk Management (start> run> diskmgmt.msc). Right click the listing for the
cd burner and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..."
