hardware malfunction

Hi All

I have a couple of questions for you:

1) On the odd occasion my screen turns blue and has the following error
message:

HARDWARE MALFUNCTION
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
***The System Has Halted***

2) I've lost the music note symbol on the ''My Music'' folder - does anyone
know how to get it back ?

Open event viewer in ADM might help,also go to run,
type:Msinfo32
Hardware,chk conflicts,forced hardware,etc...
