I have my harddrive partitioned into C: for NTFS and D:
FAT32. My D is alotted more space. Can I "give" some of
that space to my C:??? Is it possible to do this within
XP or would I need special software?

XP does not include tools to do that. For a few $s, you can buy
Partition Magic. Or, for free, you can backup your HD, then
boot from your XP CD and create new parts, then reinstall your
files from the backup.
