harddrive missing

When i right click my harddrive from my computer and
click properties it says that i have 37.5gb used and 1.5
free. Now when i open my harddrive and select all files
and folders and right click properties it says i am only
using 18gb. Where the hell is my other half of my
harddrive. I am in diar need of space!!! thanx

Temporary files, recovery files, backup files etc. Do a disk clean followed
by a defrag.
